Right on Red Pepper produces flattened, round fruits with thick walls. These peppers are sweet with a citrusy flavor at full maturity. Plants will continuously set fruits throughout the warmer months until the first frost date. Fruits will initially be dark green and will mature into a beautiful, deep red color. The variety has great yield potential when transplanted after night temperatures are above 50 F in Full sun and with adequate moisture.  It is used to produce dried Paprika powder, or for Fresh eating, stuffing, or pickling.

How to Grow Your Red Hybrid Sweet Paprika Pepper:

  • Suggested Planting Depth: 1/4 inches in trays under lights
  • Suggested Planting Seasons:  Spring or Summer
  • Suggested Final Plant Spacing:  24 inches apart
  • Suggested Planting Configuration: Single Row or Solid seeded Wide row block, transplant when night temperatures are above 50F
  • Maintain a weed-free seed bed in Full sun and with adequate moisture.
